FlexTask respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how FlexTask handles information when you use the app.
FlexTask is designed as a local task tracking app for flexible recurring tasks, photo records, history records, widgets, and optional calendar reminders.
We do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, advertising networks, or analytics services in the app. Your task data is intended to stay on your device unless you choose to share it through system features.
FlexTask does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information with us or third parties.
In particular, we do not collect:
The tasks, records, photos, history, and settings you create in FlexTask are stored locally on your device.
We do not have access to this local data. If you delete the app, local app data may be deleted according to iOS system behavior.
FlexTask may allow you to add photos to task records. These photos are used only for the features you choose to use.
FlexTask does not upload your photos to our servers. We do not view, collect, analyze, or share your photos.
FlexTask may offer optional calendar reminder features. If you choose to create calendar reminders, the app may request access to the system calendar or reminder-related permissions.
This access is used only to create or manage reminders that you request. FlexTask does not collect or upload your calendar information.
FlexTask may provide widgets so you can view task status on your Home Screen or Lock Screen.
Widget data is provided from local app data on your device. We do not collect widget usage data.
FlexTask does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking services.
The app may use standard Apple system frameworks to provide app functionality, such as local storage, photos, calendar access, notifications, and widgets.
Depending on your device settings, iOS may include app data in device backups, such as iCloud Backup or local computer backups.
Such backup behavior is controlled by Apple and your device settings. FlexTask does not separately upload your data to our own servers.
FlexTask is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
FlexTask does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
If you choose to export, share, or otherwise disclose information using iOS sharing features, that action is controlled by you and by the destination service you select.
You can control app permissions in the iOS Settings app, including permissions related to photos, calendar access, notifications, and widgets.
You can delete tasks, records, or the app itself at any time. Deleting the app may remove local app data from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
